By participating in our free assessment or registering for a Personal Cabinet, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Registration data: name, email address, and account password when creating a Personal Cabinet.

Assessment data (sensitive): responses to the 4-test battery (personality aspects, 12 fears, conflict dynamics, core drivers). Under Florida law, psychometric data used for profiling is treated with heightened care.

Contextual data: the specific life decision you are facing.

Automatically collected: IP address, browser type and interaction data via Google Analytics and Google Ads, consistent with the Google Ad Grants program.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data to deliver your basic analysis and full report, to conduct anonymized scientific research aligned with our published work, and to personalize the signal-vs-noise analysis. Automated algorithms categorize behavioral patterns for decision support; you may opt out of profiling.

4. Data Sharing & Non-Disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal or psychometric data. Data is shared only with trusted technical partners under confidentiality, or when required by U.S. law.

5. Your Rights (Florida Digital Bill of Rights)

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and opt out of automated profiling. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.

6. Data Security & Retention

We use SSL encryption and role-based access controls. Identifiable assessment data is retained for up to 2 years; anonymized data may be archived indefinitely for scientific research.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to improve website functionality and analyze our Google Ad Grant campaigns. You can manage cookies via your browser.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our research is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
